The homebrew Dungeons & Dragons player class, Gentleman, has all of the characteristics and benefits that one would expect to come from an Old Spice inspired character. From intelligent animal companionship to healing allies with the power of his or her good scent, the Gentleman is a fantastic option for anyone who decides a Bard just isn’t quite classy enough.

The lack of interaction with the official Dungeons and Dragons accounts make it clear that this homebrew creation and twitter ad campaign may not be officially sanctioned…

Interested players are able to download the homebrew content and access the full character creation info for the Gentleman. The class seems to be most compatible with Dungeons & Dragons 3.5, but newer players should pretty easily be able to translate the abilities over to DnD 5e (the newest version of the game).

The Gentleman class definitely has us wondering what kind of classes other big companies would introduce to the classic tabletop RPG if they had the chance… A Nintendo Plumber class, a Square Enix Royalty class, or maybe a Bungie space marine? Now that’s a campaign we could get into.

Dungeons & Dragons is available in print and is also available digitally through Dungeons & Dragons Beyond.
